much to alex’s dismay, i love everything vintage. the movie posters, the coke memorabilia, the trinket-y decor, the bright orange and avocado green housewares, i love them all – no filters.
the following selection is more toned down in terms of personal taste, though, and i just had to share my finds: milk glass!
i found quite a few items on etsy, which btw is an awesome website for online shopping for the adventurous types.
first up – cake pedestal! i have two already, but they come in so many different shapes, colours, and sizes that i can never get enough.

i am thinking of getting some of these items, and as you can see, etsy prices are much better than prices found at brick-and-mortar design stores, and the browsing possibilities (and time required) are endless!!

I love vintage too. I’m hoping some of my new furniture will be vintage, but we’ll see… depending on cost :)
